Get StartedEdward Jones invests in your mental, emotional, physical, financial and social well-being as part of your Total Rewards. This year, we’ve added several new coverage options and enhanced others, while keeping your medical plan deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums the same.
New legal plans, identity and fraud protection and pet insurance from MetLife give you more ways to manage expenses. We’ve added adult orthodontia coverage and increased the limits for your tax-advantaged health savings account, health flexible spending account and dependent care reimbursement account.
We understand that health care costs affect you and your families, and we want to be transparent about why they’re rising. The bottom line is the cost of medical services and pharmaceuticals is increasing in the United States, and as our members use more of these services and drugs, the cost of our coverage (premiums) rises too.
The Premium dental plan will include coverage of adult orthodontia services.
You can contribute more to all three tax-advantaged accounts.
CarelonRx will replace Express Scripts on Jan. 1, 2026.
ALEX is an online decision-support tool. It will ask a few questions and suggest plans that might work best for you.
