These Conditions are deemed to be entered into in Ontario .This Site is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable thereto. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Conditions without regard to the conflict of laws.

Buck shall incur no responsibility or liability in respect of any market loss or diminution in value of securities. Any purchase or sale of securities facilitated by Buck may be at such price or prices and at such time or times for the purchase or sale of such securities as are readily available on the open market in Canada. Buck shall not be liable for the failure to purchase or sell the securities at any particular price, time or at all.
